hey gurl...

well the thing is, cutting (self injury in general) is a way to cope. it's a symptom of a deeper issue, one that needs to be resolved through therapy and working it out. sometimes meds are involved, but mostly it takes a STRONG will and a good therapist. you can do this, you don't have a live a life of cutting and secrets and lies. its hard work and it takes time...

good luck.

I know how you feel gurl and hereiam is absolutely right. Do you see a therapist? I think that will help. It helped me tremendously. There is a good list of distractions on the site that can help if the urge gets bad, but ultimately you're going to have to deal with the problem that causes you to want to cut or the issue is just going to show itself in some other form. Good luck.
