I really want to talk to my T about SH but I don't know how. She doesn't know I still SH and also where I do it. I feel like it's out of control rite now and I really need someone to talk to. But I don't know if I can tell her.

One option is to write about it and then hand her the paper at your session.

I think it'd be great if you did tell her. I agree that writing it down would be helpful. Or you could leave a voicemail about it. That's what I did. Good luck!

Two good ideas.
I suspect you'll find she's not that surprised. Recovery from SI is often accompanied by relapses.
I'm sure she will want to support you, but I think it's part of handing over responsibility for yourself that she waits for you to raise it.

I really feel for you, it's so hard to raise, but I find, once over the initial hurdle it's not as hard as I always expect.

Strength to you and kudos for addressing the situation.
