In a weak, it's the second time i cut. It's not deep but the urge is increasing. I want to try it again with something other than razor. I know it's not the solution but when you so desperately want to die, what else to do to calm yourself?

You find hope in something and hold onto it as hard and as long as you can, until more help comes.

I know it seems hopeless now to fight the urges... but trust me, there is hope... But my guess is that you are not feeling that way now. When I was wanting to die, I could have chosen to cut, but I turned to exercise... and worked my hardest at just forgetting and getting out the feelings that were inside of me... It took time.. and It took professionals

Calm yourself by doing things you used to enjoy, or still do enjoy... A little music can help a lot... But that's just me... do something you enjoy... other than cutting.

YOU can do this Stern, and get away from cutting... but it does take time... and effort... but it's worth the time and effort.
Thanks for this!

Yes, the solution is therapy.
