I feel that sometimes too. HUgs to you, i can't stop your pain, maybe ease it a bit. I've gotten through this that you are describing. puting youself to suicide is a permenant solution to a temporary problem. your future is going to be better. People heal from wounds. we get a small paper cut, it bleeds some, then it clots, then it begins to heal. I believe our hearts are the same. they can become injured, but they do heal. That is my firmly held belief. you are a very important part of this world. Allow yourself to heal. it takes time. keep posting, maybe that will help with the pain, i think people here want to help you. i think you should read their posts, i think you should talk to someone trustworthy also. priest rabbi guru shaman cleric doctor and the rest. I hope you heal soon.

Huntatwa, please find the strength to keep moving forward. Are you going to talk to the counselor?

Huntatwa, this is never an answer. Keep posting. Talk to us. What is going on? What is making you hurt so much? If you don't feel comfortable talking here, pm one of us and share, OK?

Please be gentle with yourself. We care

You need to tell the counselor that you are overwhelmed with your school work and that you are having trouble making it through the day.

huntatwa, i feel that a lot too.

i try to just go one second at a time.

sometimes i find a crisis phone number (anonymous) to call and talk with a stranger.

sometimes i call the secretary of my therapist and tell her i feel really bad and then i hang up.

sometimes i crawl into a little ball until it passes.

please hang on with us.

I'm glad you're posting here and reaching out for support. My heart just goes out to you, and I can tell from what you wrote just how stressed and overwhelmed you must be feeling. I sense there's a part of you that really would like to be able to talk with someone IRL (in real life), and another part that is afraid to trust – I definitely hear you there. Does it help at all to hear that there are people out here who care and want to see you get the help you need? Would you consider talking with a counselor over the phone? I've worked with Focus on the Family, and I know they have counselors who will talk with you for free. They're very kind and understanding, and genuinely want to help. You can call 855-771-HELP (4357) between 6 AM and 8 PM MT. You can get through this – be gentle on yourself, and keep letting us know how you're doing, ok?
