dont know why sessions with this t seem to always trigger me.

Hang in there - you are doing really well. Just take it one moment at a time if you need to. Is there anything you can do that helps to calm you?

Maybe the triggering aspects of therapy is something to explore at some point, but make sure you are looking after yourself first

I can understand why therapy is triggering.
