Good work resisting the urges. I know how hard that can be. Stay strong.

If you give in to this urge, you're starting another vicious cycle of guilt and SI. Don't do that to yourself.

I'm talking about life in general not just the SI. How are things going for you?

Please be careful. No matter what has happened in the past, you deserve better. Much better.

We're all just understanding people on the internet. I can't exactly help you in real life. Trust me, if I could come over and sit with you, I would. But YOU are the one standing in between death and a second chance at life.

hun, listen. theres so much to live for out there! and dont think this is coming from some unknowing person because ive suffered with a selfharm addiction for three years now. i mean of course youre going to relapse, but try and not do it a lot. look, the only thihng youre doing is hurting yourself and others, you may think its helping at the time, but not so long afterwards when you feell like doing it again, youre going to realize it was a mistake. hang tight lovey!

your friend,
Jodi

huntatwa, if I remember correctly you don't have a therapist? Therapy is really important for you right now.
