My bpd partner kicked me to the curb last night, even giving back his ring. I already hate myself so him pointing out what a selfish, spoilt brat, attention seeking ***** i am just made it too hard for me to find a reason not to hurt myself. And the only reason i feel bad for doing it is cause i'm worried that i can't hide it.

It's not your fault that your partner has a borderline personality (that's what you meant by BPD right?).
