i am going true some horrible feelings these days all i want to do is be by self
drink cry and beat my self up because i let my guard down trusting in someone who have hurt me and cheated on, is there any good friend out there at all. i have been true so much bad things in this life and now am actually hurting my self and i mean painful. can some one please tell me how to handle this.

Cant tell you how to handle it since i am going through the same thing - if it helps you to know tgat youre not the only one out there suffering in this way.

Folks with issues frequently chose unhealthy people to be around because if you have low self worth, this makes it painful to be around healthy people.
