Well, I decided to stop SI last week during a week-long national taekwondo tournament that just happened to be within walking distance of a beach. Why? Because I was the only ****ing idiot walking around in pants all the time. The people I was there with, who are some of my closest friends, almost found out several times every single day. So I decided to stop.
Totally screwed that up tonight...didn't even help but I'm running out of options that involve staying alive. I know the reasons behind why but that doesn't help at all because those reasons will never go away. So there/s probably no point in even whining about it. |

Don't ever stop self-harming for your friends or anyone else. You do it for yourself, and it never works doing it for other people anyway. If your friends won't stick by you while you're trying to recover from this addiction, then they really weren't worthy of being called a friend in the first place.

Therapy will help them to go away. I can't remember if you have a T?
