i have a big urge to cut deep and i am trying to fight it as much as i can i just want to hide in my closet and cut and cry

can you think of something else when you are stressed or thinking negative thoughts tomboy? I know its hard but if you can distract yourself or even just share your stress with someone

go outside. sit in nature. climb a tree. get away from the people for a while. If it's late where you are, you should go to sleep. Being tired isn't going to help you feel better.

Usually I try to clean up my room. There's stuff all over that's needs to be organized. That's something I always have to do when I have to focus on.

i just went to the pdoc and got axiety meds and i have depreshen meds and got over the counter sleeping pills

at times it is and some its not i dont like talking about my cutting a lot to T and even less with my pdoc
