The past 3 days have been so hard for me,I went so long without cuttng,so when I did do it I came down real hard on myself.Today the urge keeps getting stronger and I want to cut alot and all over.2 friends of mine took away the razors,I try and stay around them but the feeling overrides everything and I end upgoing home.I just want to get my felings bck under control.

Im so sorry things are so difficult right now. Sounds like you have allot of emotions and feelings going on inside. I hope you have someone safe to talk to.. You have my support

I know it's very hard to be struggling so much. Sometimes I think it seems harder when you don't have something around.
