Thats how long I went without harming myself. But the night of the school musical came around and I was so stessed out and nervous and hed recently had a falling out with a friend who was also in the musical and I cut myself BACKSTAGE before the musical started! How do I stop myself from being so upset and angry over this that I do it again??

I am sorry you had the falling out with your friend. I am sorry you felt the need to cut backstage before the musical. I wish I had advice. I am not good with advice that much, but I wanted you to know that you are being heard and I am sending hugs ur way if that is ok.

I hope that you can forgive yourself. Sounds like you don't do it often?
