So I used to be around this one person all the time, and she didn't particularly like me... okay she hated me. But I loved her anyways. She always lectured me on everything and made me feel pretty worthless... she was one of the main reasons I started cutting.
I hadn't seen her much recently, but we've started talking again in the past couple weeks. and she's being much nicer... but still making me want to cut, just because of memories... it's not her fault, now. and I really like the fact that she's talking to me and actually seems to like me, for whatever reason... I don't want to ruin it or anything... but how do I avoid being triggered? It's not fair to her because any tiny mistake she makes brings back memories... I don't want to avoid her... but I want to keep healthy. I haven't cut in 4 weeks XD

congratulations on the 4 weeks, that is great! I don't have any advice on how to avoid being triggered, though....

it's getting worse... talking to my friend makes me feel like I'm slipping into my past. it scares me... I don't want to go back!
