I'm so depressed... nothing seems fun... I don't even have the energy to bother talking to people. I just want something that will make me feel better... I need to cut! I need to see the blood again... It's so tempting... I can't seem to remember why I stopped...

Why does seeing the blood make you feel better?

You probably stopped because something made you realize that the cost of SI outweighed the benefits of SI. Please don't do that all over again. Don't go through that painful process of realization all over again. What's done is done, and was done with good reason.

Working on the depression and why you are depressed would be a good avenue to pursue.
