I am such an idiot...I cut my hand a couple weeks ago because I was at work and I didn't want to be there. So, I cut my hand so I could go home. Why would I do that after I have been so good for so long. I just snapped and was so stressed and hated my job (I have since quite) but I feel so down on myself for screwing up like that. Has this happened to anyone else?

I wanted to at least reply; it hasn't happened to me at work though. I usually just go hide in the bathroom for a while. You're not an idiot, though! (although that still doesn't the way you feel, just thought I would let ya know! )
