So the time I actually get an accidental cut on my arm for the first time in my life, it just *has* to be near my wrist. Wonderful. Really, really wonderful. Not.
My mom (who is uninformed about my past SI) saw it and also ended up talking about this *other* scar on my arm (which was intentional but I made it look accidental) and how it never healed properly, and how I should go see a doctor about how it never healed properly, but obviously a doctor would be aware enough to tell that it was an intentional thing. To make things worse, the doctor she suggested is a family friend. I'm just rather *pissed* that I should have to be worried about something I wasn't responsible for. Just ranting. - AJ |

Tell the truth about your current cut, then mention that you have this "old" cut that didn't heal correctly.. don't mention how it happened...
and if you are worried about the Dr, your mom suggested tell her you would feel more comfortable seeing someone else. __________________ “If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change.
