I made it through the night! Watched Anger Management (so funny, I suggest it), cuddled with my puppy and came out on the other side. Harmless.

That is so great! I am happy for you. That has always been my advice to people who want to quit cutting, find an alternative. Now you can have some confidence in the fact that you didn't act on impulse, good job to you . I have been through and passed this stage, if you ever feel like this again and can't get your mind off it drop me a PM. Take care .

Well I haven't cut myself seriously on a continual basis, for years, cut myself in general for 6 months or so, it's just every once in awhile I'll have these obsessive thoughts and they don't go away. And then if I do it, I feel so guilty. And it seems like a good thing at the time, but it's really not.
