I've not self harmed since November.. Great yay.

But today it's played on my mind a lot.
And not for any particular reason.
Things have been better in my life got rid of my trigger.
I've had a little anxiety but not enough to warrant these thoughts.

Do the thoughts ever go away? As I've only ever had these when in my darkest hours.

So has your life been better and you have more time to worry?

My life has been much better my BPD does not seem as extreme...
Well I seem to be able to handle a bit better.

I not really worried about anything as such.. I was meant to have a appointment today to discuss my therapy but apparently it was a mix up and I'm stayin on skills for life.
That had me worried that they may change it or stop it.

But like I said not enough to warrant then sorts of thoughts.

I really don't know why I thought about it... And I certainly do not plan to act on it...

Your group must be really helping? Maybe the SI just became habit? I'm glad that you are committed to not giving in.

Not sure if the thoughts ever completely go away but at least for me they can become much less and easier to deal with.

Good luck....
