I have stopped I have relapses sometimes, and I often think about it.
I found going to gym really help punishing self on a tread mill really helped to change my negative mood. It hurt and I was getting fit it's a win win. It really helped, it was hard to get motivated at times, but that fuzzy head we get before si soon disappeared. I also got a job, told my friends and family that I was si, so they were always watching it made it harder for me to harm myself, because I could see there pain if I had new burns and that made me feel worse. I hope some of this helps you. |
