Hey,
I'm sorry to hear your having a bad day. When I have a bad day sometimes what helps me to calm down is to take a cold shower or go for a walk. I remember my blade only relived the pain for a short bit, but the scares are forever. What's making you so angery? Why are you in such pain? we had a therapist when we were in the states
we dont have one here in the uk its hard to get one here |

If you go to your doctor and ask for a T you will go on a waitlist. These 6 months or so will pass either way. If you are on a waitlist at the end of the 6 months you will have a T.

thanks did tell the dr we needed a t
he gave me a leaflet said i had to call a number on it and they put us on a list so gonna do that |
