cutting is all i can think of. it's in my head all the time. ity's alays there. and not just small cuts, no scratches, no bandaids. really bad.
i have razor blades. i'm tring to resist. i know when i give in it will be bad. very bad. it's so hard to resist. and it's getting harder every day. i don' twant to resist anymore. i need tod o it. i need dto feel it. i need to see it.

You don't need to do it. You can continue to hold off. What has helped you to keep distracted and stop the urges from taking over so far?

feeling worse and worse. don't think i'll be able to fight it much longer.

Oh no, I just saw this! I think I wrote on your profile a couple days ago, but how are you feeling today? I can listen to you if you need to talk. This will pass and you are so much stronger than you realize. Don't give in. Distract yourself and focus on the things that matter to you + give you purpose.
