It's been six months since I've cut. The urges are back. I don't know what to do. I don't know why, but I've been angrier than usual for a few weeks, and the urges were there, but tonight it's gotten really bad. I think I just needed to tell someone this, since I can't tell my parents or friends or anyone who actually knows who I am.

Hang in there. You can do this

I know that you don't know me but I'm always here if you want someone to talk to.

Thinking of you.

Sounds like your anger is causing the urges? Do you understand why you are angry yet?
