Tonight I want to self harm, i have tied a hair band around my wrist.
Very now so often in ping it, my god it hurts,
The metal bit is right on my vein.
But I safe.
I not in danger.
I will not bleed.
I will not be scared
If any of you feel the way i do please if you have to hurt try this.
It will not cause scars, death, nor blood.
You will be safe.
I know not many people even both with me.
But I hope some one reads this and finds a safe way.
I know it and I won't always be so strong but let's try.
Lets try to keep ourselves safe x
