I feel so detatched from everything right now. My brain is in one place, my body is like it isn't attached to the brain. Tunnel vision-y. I don't know how to ecplains.

The only thing I know for sure will get me out of this is cutting

Sorry to hear you are feeling this way Nicole. Please hang in there. I know things are hard at the moment but it won't always be like this. Is there someone you can tlak to - a therapist, family member, friend?

Do you think that it is dissociation? Did it pass?

I suppose it could have been dissociation. It's happened before. It did pass, but not before I cut
