I cut myself, I admit it, not proud of it but I admit it :P
However lately I have been cutting . . . Alot (I have made 12 individual cuts in the past week alone) and for me this is alot cause I don't cut myself very often (unless I am seriously depressed) and so now I'm kinda worried that I am seriously depressed without even realizing it (<- this is how I felt when I attempted suicide) but anyway I'm wondering if it may be time for me to seek out some help (I don't hide my cuts, but it's not like I flaunt them either )
What are your guys opinions?
Wolff

My opinion is that you should seek out some help, especially if it's getting worse.

Also Sannah I am doing well, but I have alot of bad things happening in my life right now so it's hard to stay happy all of the time . . . and the cuts help bring me back to reality, cause lately it's so hard to tell whats the nightmare and whats real life

It is okay to not be happy sometimes. If things aren't going well it is normal to not be happy.

Listen to happy music, snap a rubber band on your wrist when the urge to cut comes on...Tell yourself "I'm my boss, I say when I can feel depressed, not today!"
