I gave in today..... I had to.... it felt great!!!! But, now I have to hide it from my friend..... help....

why can't you tell your friend? Maybe talking about the reason you did that will help you to not do it again. whenever i talk about why i do SI with someone I trust i find that i don't don't do it for long periods of time. PLEASE talk to someone about it... you don't it worries me that you'll get soo used to hiding it that you start to do it more frequently.
