Hi Libby, I just looked at your profile and your other threads. It sounds like you need some help. Will you be able to reach out for help?

Yeah, I'm assuming that you are a minor? You need an adult to help you.

It can be hard but it is possible to stop. But Sannah is right that it is a lot easier when you have help. Is there an adult you trust that you could speak to about what has happened and how you are feeling? A parent, friends parent, teacher, doctor, school counsellor?

You shouldn't have to go through this alone Libby.
Thanks for this!

Simple. Start talking. There must be a reason behind the need for punishment. But I'll warn you now, talking is easier done with some trained professional.

CBT is also very helpful.

Can you get a therapist to help you?

Try writing about your feelings instead of cutting yourself. Reach out and ask for help, especially if you are pregnant.
