I just broke 3 months clean its that feeling of release i needed but then the instant regret straight after when you realise what you've done

i am sorry you were in so much pain that you broke. i came close this weekend with almost 8 years. i have been doing so poorly. what stopped me was fearing the consequences as i am so close to being admitted i was afraid what t would do. every day is a new day, you start fresh. forgive yourself.
