What happened yesterday to cause your SI urges granite?

i did end up SIing last night but i am a bit calmer today and that is good. i will never tell my T i did this .it would help nothing. i just don't want to do T anymore

After I visited this forum I went to psychotherapy and read your thread there and then realized why you made this thread.

I just know that you will work through this granite. I'm sorry that it is so hard.

even though i have SI the urges wont go away. i just cant seem to let any of this go. i just want to feel better .god i am so confused and out of controle angry. one minute fine and the next in a total rage agains myself. i don't want to let anyone know this is going on. my husband will be home all weekend. i know this will cause huge problems unless i can get control of myself

granite, I just read the thread. I'm sorry that you are in so much pain. This is definitely something to work through. granite, I've known you for a few years here and I like you a lot. I think you are very valuable. You have a lot of pain inside you. I so wish that you can get that pain outside of you. That is where it won't hurt so badly.
