help I can't stop self harming tonight I am cutting and drinking....I cannot stop ....what to do next

Just a random attack? Or did something happen?
I have a history of cutting. I will put on one of my fav movies or something to calm me get my mind off it

I have BPD...so its like apples become oranges...its like their crap becomes my crap
I am trying with music to soothe anything...its not really working but I haven't turned it off

Ahhh I'm bipolar. I understand what you're saying.
I've cut much more than 3 times. It's a ****** feeling to be that upset. I know. Sleep? Do you anything to help fall asleep quick like Benadryl. Then you can just sleep the feeling off.

nothing is quick for me to fall asleep but I am sure my drugs would probably put me right to sleep...with how much I been drinking.
its painful odd but yet my cuts are stinging...

Mixing with alcohol is bad news. How much did you drink. Sleep would be good.
Clean them up. Peroxide, wash w antibacterial etc. they're supposed to sting

Then take your meds and go to sleep.
Maybe you'll wake up feeling better. It will at least get your mind off your friend
