Trying to resist the urge right now. It's really hard. Does anyone know how to fight this?

The further you are able to delay the more it helps train the brain to function and deal with emotions without self-harming. Keep trying to delay. If you have a treadmill walk on it backwards.

Well, the juggling sort of worked actually. I felt so weird juggling that it kinda distracted me from my feelings.
