If I make it until bed tonight I will have 9 days without cutting or burning!! I am really struggling though......been a real pain and bother to people who are helping me through!!!! I just wish I could understand why as soon as I get angry or upset I want to harm myself!!!! Maybe one of these days I will have 2 years again!!!!

You can do it Winkynjr! One day at a time! But if you don't... hey... tomorrow's another day... you won't be starting back from zero again... you merely skipped a day! Best wishes!

put it that way and I am thinking about just saying the hell with it and cut!!!! I need to keep in mind that I will have to stop over again bcause I do it once and it will not quit there!!!!!!!
