Has anyone else ever SIed while they were sleeping? I've found 2 scratches in different places that I can't find an explanation for. I used to scratch in my sleep but that was hands and arms never lower.

I haven't done this. Maybe I scratched myself but it was probable more because I was itchy or something. I think a component of self injury is knowingly and intentional doing it. Just my thought.

I've woken up dozens of times with new cuts. I have no idea how they came about, i have no recollection of them. Just this week i woke up with three cuts on my thigh, i have no clue how they got there.
I don't think it's something specifically done intentionally. I just fall asleep with it so end result is cuts on you when you wake up. Otherwise the point is usually to feel the process/action, as adam said.

I've done this. With cuts, bruises, burns, etc. I attributed the main cause to sleep walking or other sleep disturbances, rather than self-injury. Maybe I was wrong to do that though.

I don't know. I'm worried its subconscious. Cause I know the thoughts are still there. But it could be nightmares but if it is I'm in deep deep sleep cause I don't wake up or remember them.

I used to scratch myself in my sleep. I'd wake up sometimes doing it...when i was younger, i was hospitalized and had to sleep with supervision because of it..when i stop self harming altogether it stopped..it's weird.
