I've made it past the 1 week mark without hurting myself and I feel great about it. Prior to that, it had been a few months. Prior to that, it had been YEARS so I have recently really fallen off and was feeling awful about it, and am now trying to celebrate any kind of success again.

AWESOME!!! I am glad that you can be proud of yourself....I too si and I just had 8 weeks but to me it is no big deal and don't know why! friends say I should be proud but I am not
