This seems to be a trend for me, so I still just keep all that's posted to this thread... you don't have to read, it's just too keep me occupied until the pills kick in so I don't act on my urges.
It's been a rough day. All I want to do it cry. I saw my t, and talked a lot about the hopelessness and lack of energy... wow. That was fast. Food might. Hope you all have a peaceful night.

Yeah I do things to distract while I wait for the Xanax to kick in. It can take so long or it just feels like it.

I hate waiting for mine to kick in...except they don't. Kick in, that is. I'm hoping that with summer break here I can get my body back to some sort of sleep cycle. No sleep is wearing me thin...

I hate waiting for my meds to kick in. Having a snack with it, like a piece of cheese and a pretzel, seems to help it hit me faster.
Thanks for this!

Tried something new tonight. It got me to sleep, but I woke up a few short hours later. Ugh. I hate the fight with sleep.
