I've heard people describe feeling guilty afterwards. I've never felt bad afterwards. I actually feel happy after cutting. It feels peaceful, serene afterwards. It makes me calm.

for me it comes with anyone else finding out, or the thought of anyone finding out, and being disappointed in me or mad at me. If I could do it without outside judgement, there would be no guilt...
Thanks for this!

I never feel guilty either, embarrassed if anyone sees them or asks about them.
