I'm really depressed now. I've been skipping meals and eating the minimum when I have to eat a meal (at home for the summer). I want to hurt myself, punish myself for not having the energy to exercise. Fortunately/unfortunately my super sharp sewing scissors aren't sharp enough for flesh and I misplaced the sharpener for them. Is refusing to eat a form of SI?

Some people would say yes, others may not. Could be Anorexia, but if you are doing for the sole purpose of causing hunger pains then it probable is. Loss of apitite is also a symptom of depression.
