When I get angry I punch things. Walls, trees, hard surfaces. Today I punched the dash & vent inside my friend's car. I do it because my hands are one of the only places I feel are tough enough to handle this type of SI
Anybody else do this?

No, but I wonder if you could control it and express it so that there is less property damage and less personal physical damage.
Punching a pillow or using boxing gloves on a punching bag? I once, instead of expressing myself physically(breaking into personal space human or inanimate objects), focused my anger into a crying fit.

I have considered a boxing class, which would probably be a good alternative. Soft things wouldn't help, because I like feeling pain when I punch.
