I've had the worse day. All my promises have been broken to me.
My friends aren't there for me. My family are in another country after promising they would be here to help with hold care and so I could go on my best friends hen do. I feel so desperate to si tonight my wrists are itching. I feel so selfish. It's not like anyone owes me. But I feel so abandoned, I just need a release. I've forgotten all my self help stuff. How will I explain? I promised I was okay for my parents to go away. I promised after swallowing the pills I would never hurt myself again. Greyclouds, it is just one day out of you life. Try to hang in there for just one more day regarding SI. Work on remembering you self help stuff. Keep posting on the website. Do anything but harm yourself. You are not alone. You have PC. Please keep yourself safe. I care.

Just take a deep breath and let it out slowly. You're not completely alone. You have friends here who will do what they can, even if we aren't there physically. Well, I'm here. I can't speak for anyone else.
