follow your urge to tell your parents. they will still love you. they want to see you safe. they want to help you. they love you very much I am certain and want to keep you safe. no parent wants to see their child hurting. please share with your parents what you are going through. let them help you.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. Is there anyone you trust enough to tell? I'm willing to talk if you need anything.
I am waiting for a parent to come home so I can go straight up and ask for therapy or something useful. I hope things work out for you.
