That I dont want to help myself. But I cant decide whether its the addiction planting bad thoughts in to my head that its 'okay' or if its genuinely me wanting to start this up again.

Its like im trying to justify this relapse in to something that I should just 'take up again'

Most likely. It's the addiction telling you It's okay. it's done it to me.
