I'm not sure what to call it, but maybe progress is the word... I tried to si, but could not bring myself to do it. I want the release, but the threat of consequences holds me back. For the first time in many months, the hope of getting some therapy that actually helps is over-powering the ability (though not the desire) to self-injure. Now I just need the desire to go the way of the ability...

MdngtRain! Well done and way to go! Make sure you now reward yourself with something. Yeah, good self-care. Hugs
