I got so sad and angry. I had to do it. I even tainted a drawing of mine with the blood.

That is very disturbing. Did you really do that? Has therapy helped at all?

I did do that.

I want to say therapy has helped but it hasn't. I don't know. I feel better now. I'm just scared of these freaky moments.

I have had a moment like that, but instead of a drawing, it was a book. It's like I wasn't in control of my actions at all. Almost like a trance.

i did that once... it "enhanced" a drawing in a manner of speaking. I'm sorry you had to resort to that. ((hugs))

Yep, i've also been there too. I kept my 'art' for ages until i felt strong enough to give it up. And i agree with teen saying they were almost in a trance too, thats exactly how i feel every time i SI, like i step out of my own body and objectively observe the bad side of myself.

Sorry you are sad and angry, try to forgive yourself
