I have a friend who has been sticking this in her vargina then pulling them out in a min or so she also stick something inside her rectum she only did this one other time She was started on a new med only took three pills it is a very low dose and is only taken 2 times a week she did this without lubratic she just called and told me she is going to do it again she has bpd I do not know what to do she did it mutably times yesterday

Is she getting help? I would really suggest telling her to talk to her therapist or seek out someone who can support her. All you can do is support her while you can but please make sure you are looking after yourself first.
