I thought since other forums have this, this could be a place to check in how you're doing each day as far as urges go and how you're dealing with them. Today I've been doing alright, no urges.
 I think I got it out of my system the other night.  Oh well, I'm still going to try to stop this behavior.

Only had thoughts about it twice and urges once. But haven't actually done it for at least a week, so i'm getting better at managing the urges responsibly - I think. __________________ A majorly depressed, anxious and dependent, schizotypal hypomanic beautiful mess ...[just a rebel to the world with no place to go...  ]

I'm heading up (possibly into hypomania) and my urges haven't shown up for a while now. I was scratching at my wrist with a pin a couple weeks ago but I have not done that since then so it's been a while

Terrible thoughts today. Can't make them stop. Luckily, I'm not at home, so I can't act on them. I think I'm spiraling doooooown again. I hate this. Freaking A.

i did self harm this afternoon while watching ground hog day
well... no one told me their was a suicide sceen in it! and to make it worse, my sister walked in while i was doing it- and asked me.. why have you got that blade against your skin? i'm like to her.... uh.... i havon't. it's a toy knife not quite sure she fell for it though |

a few hundred more cuts (very shallow, not deep)........ just a few minutes ago.
Not even really a "reason". It had just been two days, so it was time. |

Having some strong urges tonight, some things going on in my life are stressing me out so much. I'll try to use one of my coping skills to deal with it, hopefully it works.

I want nothing more than to self harm in any way possible but my fingers feel numb and I feel ill so I am failing to see the point.

Self harmed in a worse fashion that I usually do last night. Won't mention it, as I don't want to give ideas. It.. definitely had the effect I thought it would. I'm still regretting it today. But it gave me a strange kind of realization at the same time. Funny how life works.
