I did it and needed 4 stitches. There wasn't even anything wrong. I have just had this overwhelming urge for 2 days and i gave in. I am so ashamed because i talked with my husband about my urge and he helped me through it. Then i woke up with the urge and it wouldn't go away. My husband is going to be soooo disappointed!!!

I know how you feel. (((So many hugs!!!))) I thought I was doing really well, like I went a whole week without even a single bruise, scratch, bitemark, nothing! And then this terrible, horrible urge hit me like a wave, and well, back down to zero.

If your husband is encouraging you, that is so wonderful! I'm sure he understands your struggle, even if you did SI this time, and I'm sure he will surely still have your back and continue to support you.

I know I'm not any better off than anyone else here, but just keep trying, Onlymedid!
Thanks for this!

Yeah my husband is understanding and will be extremely disappointed but he will probably give me hugs and tell me it's alright. The problem is now I am so mad at myself for not being more careful and going too deep. I guess i just have to go easy on myself and deal with the consequences of having stitches and disappointing the person i love the most in this world.

It is so wonderful to have such nice support in your life! And honestly in my opinion having that little feeling of "I don't want to disappoint him" is a good thing! It gives you a tangible, and realistic goal that is outside of your own feelings and desires.

Yeah that's true! He loves me a lot and is a great support. I just got done talking to him about having the urge again and not knowing why or where it's coming from. He thinks i might be one of my alters so i am going to go to the DID page and let them talk to see if anything comes out. Thanks for the support and caring! It means a lot!

It is great to hear that you have a strong support network around you. Sometimes that can make a massive difference.

Hope you are feeling better soon and letting your alters vent can help
Thanks for this!
