I just feel like I have to tonight. I feel like I deserve some kind of punishment. I keep thinking stupid things. I deserve this.

I'm sorry you're having a rough night
please feel free to pm me if you need someone to talk to, or to just listen. please don't cut yourself, try doing something else to cheer yourself up. I like to sit outside, go for night walks, read books, and especially watch movies! my favorite is inception, if you want to watch something to take your mind off of the pain
