I have tried some of the things that help other people not to cut. But nothing at this point helps me. I need a release now. My brain will not stop with ideas of hurting or cutting myself. Called my pdoc this morning she did not return my call. Called my therapist and no call back from her either. I have no other way to deal with this.

What have you tried? Also, what sorts of things are you interested in? Sometimes those can be the best distractions when you are struggling as you can get really involved in the activity.
Have you seen the Things to do list too? There are a lot of good ideas there that might be able to help ![]() |
