Someone stick the knife in me and cut out my heart. The evil inside hurts everything. I want to bleed it out. I deserve pain and humiliation, cruelty and heartbreak. Someone make it stop.

 I'm sorry to hear you are struggling so much now but I do promise it doesn't always have to be like this. In time it will get better. It will pass.You don't deserve the pain. No-one ever deserves to be hurt or humiliated. Everyone is worthy of love and care. Hang in there Lean on the forums if you need to. We care and are here to support you.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
