She is Junior, same grade as me. That is all I have to say I do not know how else to explain her, I barely know her.

So... I have these marks on my arms because I Self harm,( I do not cut).

So, I was going to one of my classes, & she asked I was ok. I said yes, I was. She said I she is always there to talk to me.

IDK what to do. I don't her really, & I never had really talked to her. I am struggling with SH, depression, & most of all overwhelming thoughts of suicide.

Should I tell her this to? Do you think she would tell a teacher or someone like that?

It is up to you how much you tell her. Maybe take the opportunity to get to know her a bit? See if you two get on well and could become friends. It should be able to give you an idea of whether you can trust her and allow her to get to know you as well before discussing the really indepth topics of your concerns.
